1:1 Nutrition Counseling 

I provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) Telehealth services using a HIPAA-compliant platform. Telehealth is convenient and saves time and money. Things like snow, rain, traffic, getting childcare, finding parking, etc. make traveling even short distances challenging. Research has found that video therapy is as effective as in-person therapy.

Most major insurance companies cover MNT Telehealth appointments. If you’re interested in pursuing this option, let me know and we can investigate whether you’re eligible for coverage.

I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

If I am out of network, I can provide a superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

I can see clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine,  Connecticut, North Carolina, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Virginia

I have extensive experience speaking at a variety of conferences including local Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics annual conferences, national conferences like the Diabetes Care and Education Specialists annual conference in addition to providing presentations in clinical hospital settings.
